The Dress... Train or no Train

There are so many factors to consider when choosing your wedding dress, the price, the venue, the time of year, the style, the length, the fabric, the color, the material and where you will buy your dress from. The venue, although seemingly not an obvious factor to consider when it comes to choosing a dress, it is in fact an important piece of the wedding dress shopping puzzle.

This dress was loaned to us for a styled shoot by Ava Laurenne Bride, It is so simple yet elegant, one of the things I liked about it for this venue is that it has a train but it wasn't too long or too fragile of material. Because we are a farm, most of the space the bride will be in on her big day is grass, dirt or cement. So for all of those brides who dream of a long train, this is something to consider when choosing the dress for your big day.

This one was another beauty from Ava Laurenne Bride , as much as I was in love with this dress, the elaborate train, albeit gorgeous is something that needs to be considered.

Because of the terrain here at the farm, you should weigh your options as to whether or not it matters how dirty your dress will get. If this doesn't matter to you, then by all means, bring on the train! White satin and lace and beaded embroidery look absolutely stunning with the green background here at the farm!

This is the front of the dress that is pictured in the first picture. See how minimal the train is? In my opinion this is a good option for the bride who has her heart set on a barn venue AND a wedding dress train.
